Terms of Use
By downloading or using My Corner Shop (the «Game») you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
DEEPYTECH grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, distribute, rent or sell the Game
- Decompile, reverse engineer or modify it
- Alter progress with cheat tools or manipulate ad revenue
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
3. In-game values
Money, stock, reputation and ratings in the Game are fictional. They carry no real-world value, are not refundable and cannot be transferred. Because progress is stored only on your device, it may be lost if you change devices, delete the app or your device fails; DEEPYTECH is not liable for such loss.
4. Advertising
The Game contains ads served through Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads is optional and the reward is granted only when an ad is completed. Ad content is selected by Google and DEEPYTECH is not responsible for it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. In-app purchase («Ad-Free Edition»)
The Game offers one optional, one-time in-app purchase: the «Ad-Free Edition». It is not a subscription, does not auto-renew and is paid once. After purchase, interstitial ads between days are no longer shown and reward-ad bonuses are granted without watching an ad. The full core game remains playable without purchasing.
Payment is collected by Apple through your App Store account; the price is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by country. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored free of charge on any other device signed in with the same Apple ID via «Restore purchases». Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; DEEPYTECH cannot issue refunds directly. RevenueCat is used to verify purchase status (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Updates and availability
The Game is developed in chapters. New chapters, features or balance changes may arrive in updates, and existing features may change or be removed. The Game is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided «as is». To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEEPYTECH is not liable for damages arising from use of the Game, including loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages.
8. Intellectual property
The Game's name, logo, graphics, texts, audio and source code belong to DEEPYTECH and are protected by copyright law.
9. About Apple
These terms are between you and DEEPYTECH only; Apple is not a party to them. Maintenance and support of the Game are DEEPYTECH's responsibility. If the Game fails to conform to these terms or applicable law, Apple's only obligation is to refund the purchase price, if any, upon request.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Istanbul having jurisdiction.
