Terms of Use
By downloading or using Cargo Rush Tycoon (the “Game”) you agree to these terms. The Game is developed by DEEPYTECH. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. Copying, reverse engineering, modifying or distributing the Game is not allowed.
2. In-game money and in-app purchases
- In-game money and all virtual items are fictional, have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are requested through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- "No Ads & No Waiting" is a one-time, permanent purchase and can be restored with the same Apple Account. Money packs are consumable and cannot be restored.
- Progress is stored only on your device; we are not responsible for progress or spent in-game money lost when the app is deleted or a device is lost.
3. Ads
The Game contains optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted when an ad is completed. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content.
4. Changes and availability
We may update the Game, its content and these terms from time to time. We don't guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
6. Privacy
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: [email protected]
